Go Sens Go!

I had promised my oldest that we would do this together and we finally had time this morning. Good timing, what with game 3 tonight.

He helped mix colors and put some of the sparkle on it, but was having a hard time figuring out how to squeeze the icing out of the bag. We used my 3 stars at once tip, which in my opinion worked terrible, hence the unevenness of the black. Sure it will taste the same!

Even better timing that I had said he could have this done. Am I a cool mother or what? :-)

Now here's hoping we've brought luck to the team! (And I didn't hurt my wrist too much doing this!)

I'm not that good - I paid someone to do it for him! Though if I can find the tool that attaches to the clippers we have, I could do that!

Too good to be true! Now you made me feel like a horrible, terrible, shitty mother...

Gosh I hope I don't really Ilva! I let mine do this because it was harmless and would likely grow out in less than 2 weeks. Hair is the one thing that I figure I can be lax about because tatoos and piercings are out!

Go SENS Go!!! That is awesome. I'm not going to let my kids see the picture of the hair though....they will both want to copy :-) I was at the game last night, it was INCREDIBLE!!

I want to make it very clear that this comment is in reference to you and what a wonderful mother you are and how adorable your son is and how incredible it is that you share time like this together. What a memory for your son!

As for the subject of the cake, as a Toronto Maple Leafs fan ... I will refrain from commenting.

:o)

I don't think the black looks uneven at all.. in fact I think that cake looks professionally decorated - you, my friend, are getting AWESOME with your decorating skills! Oh yeah.. and you are pretty good at hair-cuts, too. :D
