I'm in major cleaning mode right now, getting ready for guests, but taking 3 minutes to say hi.
This is a sausage (beef and apple from my local farmer's market) and spinach pizza I made on the grill last month. I used my standard pizza dough recipe, sprinkled it with Parmesan cheese, then the sliced sausages (which I'd cooked off already), sautéd spinach, and then whatever cheese I had on hand, so probably marble.
It was good, but not as flavorful as I'd have liked, the sausages did not have the oomph I had hoped. Still, it came together quickly and had all 4 food groups.
Back to cleaning I go!
